About Us
🧙♂️ About The Wizard Team
Nang Wizard was founded in 2016 in Melbourne, with a simple mission: provide premium products, genuine customer service and one of the fastest delivery networks in the industry.
Since then, we've completed 50,000+ orders, served thousands of customers across Melbourne, and built a reputation based on reliability, transparency and speed.
Today, every member of The Wizard Team shares the same goal: delivering an experience customers can trust from checkout to delivery.
⚡ Our Delivery Network
Fast delivery isn't something we simply advertise - it's something we've spent years building.
Through strategically positioned drivers, advanced dispatch systems and continual refinement of our operations, we've created a delivery network capable of servicing Melbourne with average delivery times of 20-60 minutes across most areas.
Every order includes live SMS tracking, allowing customers to monitor their delivery in real time.
Customer Satisfaction First
Everything we do starts with the customer.
Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues or ensuring orders arrive promptly, our team is committed to delivering the highest possible level of service.
We believe long-term success comes from earning trust, not simply making sales.
That philosophy has helped us build a loyal customer base that continues returning year after year.
Premium Brands Only
We carefully select the brands we stock based on quality, consistency and reputation.
Rather than chasing the lowest-cost products available, we focus on supplying trusted brands used throughout Australia and internationally.
Our goal is simple: stock products we would confidently recommend ourselves.

📦 Real Warehouse, Real Team
Every Nang Wizard order starts at our own warehouse in Clayton South - floor-to-ceiling pallet racking, compliant dangerous-goods storage, and stock organised for same-day dispatch. Not a garage, not a spare room.
Our team picks, packs and loads every order by hand from this warehouse, then hands it straight to one of our branded delivery vehicles, already stationed close to you. No stock photos here - the shelving, the vans and the staff pictured on this page are exactly how we operate, day to day.
💫 The Wizard Difference
The Wizard Team combines premium products, fast delivery, live tracking and customer-first service into one seamless experience. Until it reaches the customer's door, our focus remains the same: Fast. Reliable. Professional.
That's the standard we've built our reputation on, and the standard we continue to deliver every day.
